Responsibilities: Preparation of job program and development design for repair of the wells with application of CT technology (cleanout of the well after Fracturing intervention, nitrogen kick-off, matrix acidizing of the bottom hole formation zone, lowering of downhole tools). Run equipment during the job and maintenance (such as nitrogen pumps, fluid pumps, coil tubing unit, downhole tools) supervise the jobs and its recording, contact with the customers, be familiar with new technologies. Major projects, achievements: 1) Developed optimizations of the time vs. cost of service in cleanout process and nitrogen kick-off on remote locations of the Western Siberia. 2) Implementation and adaptation to local conditions of new equipment and technologies, Jet Blaster, Power Clean and New Flow Back System for underbalance drilling. 3) Planning and performance of remote winter-grade projects for ‘‘Gazprom-neft’’ client. 4) Field engineer project "Coiled Tubing Underbalance Drilling" for TNK-BP Orenburg region. Two wells were successfully completed, revenue increase by 40%. 5) Field engineer project "Implementation of AbrasiFRAC* technology - Perforating through CT string with following frac job". Additional revenue increase by 30% due to intervention new technology. 6) Engineer in charge for customers: "Rosneft", "Sibneft" and "TNK-BP". KPI’s outnumbered 2008 objectives.
