Like an infra engineer I have been involved into: 1. building and maintaining IT infrastructure, including network/server parts, access policies etc. 2. optimizing the performance of network, hardware etc. 3. implement and enhance application automation, configuration toolkits. 4. implement and maintain cloud infrastructure, focusing on computing and networking. 5. IT infrastructure Audit . 6. Oversee onboarding, performance evaluations, and provide ongoing mentorship to team members, including setting priorities and delegating tasks. Like a conclusion: I understand how to work in a big company (~5000 workers), how to change IT infrastructure due to business needs. Main skills: - team collaboration - project management / implementation - good at network tech. - manage access / routing etc policies. - Win/Linux - good experience. - employee work evaluation and mentorship. My main purpose was a support ~ 100 workers: 1. Hardware inventory 2. computers etc purchase process. ( IT stuff) 3. planning It budget for next year. 4. coordination of working process with global IT team. 5. account management, account permissions 6. etc. After a time I promoted into global IT deals.
