I managed highly diverse multinational and multicultural team of 100 people. I was responsible for fracturing operations on HPHT gas-condensate wells in a desert condition. I managed the project to deliver according to schedule, scope, budget, and quality expected. I ensured that the project plan met all contractual requirements. I supported project team members career development through monitoring of performance, development of skills and competency. I controlled the progress of the project while keeping relevant stakeholders informed and ensuring risk and QHSE concerns are mitigated.

I was responsible for well production stimulation and coil tubing services in KhMAO region and Eastern Siberia, 320 people were under my command. I was responsible for production stimulation and intervention projects, budget and costs, including operational integrity and asset performance. I interacted with management, technical and operations personnel, third parties and supporting departments to organize and manage activities and personnel.

I managed the well production stimulation service in Western and Eastern Siberia, 460 people were under my command. I was responsible and accountable for the operational and financial results of well production stimulation service, managed service quality, customer relations, planning and safety.

I managed fracturing operations on two separate locations, servicing 8 different clients operating in different marketing conditions. 160 people were under my command. I was responsible for efficient product and service delivery, HSE, driving customer satisfaction and service quality.

I managed fracturing operations in YaNAO region, servicing 5 different clients including Gazprom and Novatek. 50 people were under my command. I was responsible for efficient product and service delivery, HSE, driving customer satisfaction and service quality.

I was responsible for the full technical cycle of preparations, execution and evaluation and part of operational duties of the hydraulic fracturing service in YaNAO region.

I worked as hydraulic fracturing design engineer. I was responsible for the full technical cycle of preparations, execution and evaluation of the hydraulic fracturing service for such big clients as TNK-BP and SlavNeft-MegionNefteGaz.

I worked as the hydraulic fracturing field engineer in different locations of Western Siberia. I introduced and executed the jobs with new technologies in hydraulic fracturing.
