- Fluent English
- Proven success in creating exceptional and impactful customer service experiences
- You are friendly, professional, and know how to take care of customers
- Background with support of a tech product, ideally in the martech/ adtech space
- Highly organized when it comes to task tracking across multiple clients
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bonus points if you are a Sequel or Tableau wizard
Key responsibilities include:
- Customers are your #1 priority, and you’ll do whatever it takes to support them.
- Learning our product inside and out to be able to solve simple questions quickly
- You will be working directly with our clients to solve any tech issues that arise in a timely manner
- You'll help the sales team on-board new clients and field any questions during the on-boarding process.
- You will track all tasks meticulously to make sure they have completed within a reasonable time period.
- You'll work closely with our sales team and account managers to resolve issues as they arise.
- You'll also work closely with our development team to make sure all tasks are pacing for a timely delivery.
